Libertà e Lucero

“Libertà e Lucero” (Italian for Freedom and Bright Star) is a painting about power, light, and the unrestrained beauty of freedom itself. The white horse surging through the surf embodies courage and motion; that wild, unstoppable energy that reminds us what it means to truly feel alive.

The name Lucero represents a guiding light, a force that pulls us toward strength and renewal. I wanted to capture that feeling of movement meeting stillness; the rhythm of hooves against waves, the glow of dawn rising after darkness.

At its heart, this painting is a reflection of resilience, that no matter what storms we face, there’s always a spark within us that knows how to find the light again.
